MMA is built with techniques from various combat sports, including Kickboxing, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, BJJ and Grappling. These techniques are combined and thus forms room for many free disciplines to engage in open battles. As a participant, you can get the most out of yourself and also participate in competitions if you want to present the acquired skills and techniques in practice. You train an all-round range of techniques, and you also work on improving your fitness, perseverance, and a positive attitude. All these qualities that will also come in handy outside the ring.
Differences between martial arts
MMA is a collective concept in which techniques from different martial arts are used in combination. Various techniques are allowed here, such as punching, kicking, clamping and strangling techniques in which you can use your knees and elbows to defeat your opponent. Truly dangerous techniques are, of course, not allowed, but different MMA associations offer different leeway in this regard. Matches are subdivided into a certain number of rounds, and the referee uses rules to ensure that the course
of the match runs smoothly. So you can certainly test your skills within your weight group and discover where your qualities lie.
Distinct workouts on level
All training sessions have different levels, so you can always spar with the right opponents and thus improve your skills. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or more advanced, the MMA training courses offer different high-level workouts. This way, it remains challenging for every target group, and you can keep increasing your skill and fitness level. Take action and improve your technique by
