Mixed Martial Arts for beginners
Even if you have not been introduced to mixed martial arts before, you can very quickly learn the techniques and achieve excellent results. Various martial arts fall under MMA, combining multiple techniques; however, you can learn a single martial art that is effective and forms a complete art. In addition to attaining skills for self-defense, you will also get a powerful and balanced mindset.
Structure of the training
All lessons are structured in such a way that maintains consistency for all the students. First, you start with a warm-up, so that your body is prepared for more active technique training. Then there is skill demonstration and drill training, then followed by spar sessions with other participants to demonstrate what you have learned in the session. The sparring sessions will also improve and sharpen your skills. The classes are completed with stretch exercises. There are special groups for beginners so that all participants start at the same level and encourage, learn, and teach each other to maintain a group spirit and to remain motivated.
