Wanting to get started on your MMA journey? If you don’t already know, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), is a combination of different martial arts. Which can always be traced back to the three basic phases:
• The free movement phase consists of standing fighting techniques from boxing and karate techniques.
• The clinch phase consists of clinch and throwing techniques from Thai boxing or wrestling.
• The ground phase consists of ground fighting techniques from Brazilian jiu-jitsu or judo.
The combat sport we know as MMA has been formed by fighters who utilize the most effective of these martial arts in a one-on-one ring against their opponent.
However, whether you’re looking to face an opponent in the ring anytime soon or not, MMA is a great sport to train for anyone. MMA training can be an optimal way to get in shape, increase confidence, as well as many other benefits that come along with the training.
When you show up to your first lesson with us, you’ll receive coaching and training from an experienced master. Whether you’re just now dipping your feet into MMA, or you’re an experienced fighter, we’ll be able to provide you with the right knowledge and training to be able to advance to the next level.
Online MMA Classes

With busy schedules and places to be, we totally understand how much more difficult it may be for some people to fit in-person classes into their weekly routine, which is exactly why we’ve launched our online classes.
On top of being easier to show up to, many beginners like the online option simply because it’s less embarrassing, or they feel more comfortable in their house rather than a dojo.
Our online option isn’t just something we’ve slapped together.. You’ll be taught by a professional master who has real experience teaching online. Our objective for each and every online lesson is to be no different from the in-person lessons in terms of practicality and effectiveness.

A first session with a pleasant length. Working on goals in concrete terms and making progress. Inform Leandro in time with your wishes and options for 60 or 90 minutes. Think in advance whether it works better for you to come a little longer once, or to come 2 or 3 times, for example. You can and can always discuss!

3 x 60 is ideal for maintenance and can be planned within 4 months so that you can get started at home.
3 x 30 is perfect after an injury, or to get back in shape. Sessions are scheduled within 4 weeks. So short but powerful!

If your agenda is not the same for a week and you like to plan your lessons on an ad hoc basis, these intensive virtual cards will do just fine. Choose from 5 x 50 minutes to start a manageable trajectory that can be planned flexibly or 5 x 90 minutes. The card is valid for 4 months from the first session.

The MMA Coaching check offers a solution as 40 minutes coaching. After a short introduction, we work on a technique of your choice. Leandro asks questions and gives tips.
You come for honest advice and we give it. In the last 10 minutes we provide a summary in which points for development and advantages are discussed. Depending on skills, learning type and goals, there is the possibility to follow Ataides MMA coaching.
