Wanting to get started on your MMA journey? If you don\u2019t already know, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), is a combination of different martial arts. Which can always be traced back to the three basic phases:
\u2022 The free movement phase consists of standing fighting techniques from boxing and karate techniques.
\u2022 The clinch phase consists of clinch and throwing techniques from Thai boxing or wrestling.
\u2022 The ground phase consists of ground fighting techniques from Brazilian jiu-jitsu or judo.<\/p><\/div>

On top of being easier to show up to, many beginners like the online option simply because it\u2019s less embarrassing, or they feel more comfortable in their house rather than a dojo.<\/p>

Our online option isn\u2019t just something we\u2019ve slapped together.. You\u2019ll be taught by a professional master who has real experience teaching online.
